Pi screen capture

Fun

I was watching Pi, one of my favorite moves, a couple of days ago and paused it to go get myself a drink. When I came back, I was struck by the scene it had paused on.

It was a great photo. Composition and content were all there. The main focus is the man walking behind the fence. His face is partially obscured by a pole. The woman in the foreground doing Tai Chi is out of focus but adds a point of tension with her stance; her arms outstretched almost as if she is trying to catch the man.

I think its great when art can hid itself at 27 frames per second right in front of your face.
