The favorite child cafe

 A quick Saturday brekky at our new local cafe "The favourite child"  revealed a contraption that looked more at home in a mad scientists laboratory. The one owner has created a drip coffee machine to make a cold coffee drink that is fantastically out of this world (or at least different to the usual stuff we find in Bondi) that takes 8 hours to percolate through the different tubes and filters. You don't have to wait the 8 hours for a cup though, just long enough for them to pour it from a pot they prepared earlier :)
