Spherification cooking class

For my last birthday, my beautiful friend Sari organized I do a Scientific cooking class on Spherification at the Chef's Armoury , which is pretty much making caviare or balls of food that burst with flavour.The whole idea is to turn the outside of the tasty food into a fragile jelly shell like a ninja encapsulates pure awesome ninja fury. Combining all the sciency sounding names with beakers of food and syringes made for an awesome arvo and its something I will definitely try at home. I just have to remember to buy the correct chemicals and not wing it with things I find under the kitchen sink :P
